So this technically my first post on my fancy new blog!! You may be asking yourself why the strange title? Well, I am glad you mumbled to yourself while staring at a screen! I want to you to understand my reasons on why I am doing this in the first place.
- In the world today you have the ability to go anywhere!
- I have been wanting and dreaming of traveling since I was a young girl.
- It’s the road not taken.
- It looks great on applications 😉
- I want to be out of my comfort zone x50
- I traveled everywhere in my books, now I want to experience it for real.
- Escape.
- I have seen what my future could be, safe and secure with a simple life. I DON’T WANT THAT.
- I want to be apart of something bigger than myself.
- At the end of my life I want to feel like I have lived.
Those were only of the few things I could think of on a Thursday night. I would like to leave you with the words of Robert Frost.
“Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;Then took the other, as just as fair,
